Yes. All EPIC trainers are fully insured with Fitness Professional Liability Insurance through REP's or the EPIC venue.
There are no strict age limits, but if you're under 18, we require parental or guardian consent to join.
Yes, clearance from your Health Practitioner may be required. We use EPIC Gravity Suspension Straps and resistance bands to support safe training during pregnancy. Before starting, a detailed discussion regarding your trimester, health conditions, and any contraindications is required.
Absolutely. A medical clearance form from your physician may be required. Our PARQ and screening process ensures we identify risks and safely and effectively tailor your training.
Yes, but this depends on the injury. Before attending, a discussion with an EPIC Trainer is essential. We may recommend 1-on-1 Individual Training before transitioning into T.E.A.M. Training for individuals with severe or limiting injuries.
We recommend consulting a physician before starting any physical activity program, but we work alongside medical professionals, ensuring that the training programs we offer cater to clients of all ability levels.
If you have a chest infection or are feeling unwell, we recommend resting as training may put a lot of pressure on your heart and lungs. Always notify your trainer before attending if you're not feeling 100%.
Children are not permitted on the training floor. Discuss potential options with our team; this may depend on the day and session time.
Absolutely! EPIC Training complements all sports. Our focus on simple movement, technique, strength, power, balance, flexibility, mobility and endurance will enhance your performance and reduce your risk of injury.
Yes. We encourage shared training experiences, as one of our philosophies is Strength in Numbers. Friends and family are welcome to trial a session with you. We also encourage T.E.A.M. training for support, motivation, and encouragement.
Yes. We reward all EPIC members who share their EPIC Experience and refer friends. As a thank you, we reward clients with EPIC Credit and other incentives when they introduce others to EPIC FIT, and these referrals join up.

We recommend 2–4 sessions per week for best results. More advanced clients may do more.
You may eat before a session, but we don't recommend eating anything at least 45 minutes before your session starts, as this may cause slight discomfort during training. Hydration is essential. Always bring water along to every session.

We know that gyms can be very intimidating places for individuals to exercise, so we pride ourselves on our non-intimidating and friendly training environments. We don't use any heavy equipment, we don't have large groups of people, and we don't have mirrors as we are the mirrors!

This complimentary trial entitles you to a one-on-one consultation with an EPIC Trainer. During this consultation, we obtain necessary information, such as your exercise preferences, current physical activity level, injuries, medical conditions, and goals, to ascertain your needs and desires.
Following that is an introductory training session where we assess your movement patterns and identify any weaknesses and/or imbalances.
The second appointment is the benchmark session, where we gauge your baseline ability and follow up on the introduction to movement.
Finally, during the complimentary period, we invite you to attend a T.E.A.M. Training session or an Individual session and experience how beneficial our training is for you.

Yes. You need to complete our Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire and be in good health.
Membership sessions start at $20 per session, while casual or drop-in sessions start at $25. Monthly memberships are available, and pricing depends on various factors, such as the number of sessions a week and the additional services required.

You can put your membership on hold for a month every calendar year, and thereafter, payment will resume automatically on your original direct debit payment dates. We require two weeks' notice to do this, so we can fill your spot while you are away.

Lower-cost sessions are available for members who commit to a membership and a regular debit order and want to attend off-peak times.

Once signed up, we reserve your spot permanently. You can book online or via reception. Depending on your requirements, you can also purchase a concession package and book casual sessions online.

Our policy requires 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. If this window is missed, the system automatically allocates this session as attended with no rescheduling option. This gives us enough time to offer your spot to another client that day.
This is preferred as it creates a routine in your lifestyle and allows for camaraderie and teamwork within your usual session timeslots. However, this is not a requirement, and we understand some individuals would not have the flexibility to accommodate this.
You are required to provide a month's notice, which must be sent via email or text message and be a whole month from your next payment date.
